Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure  Systems

📋 Description

• Design and own the architecture of the systems that stand up, scale, and manage the infrastructure
• Design and evolve the APIs (REST/gRPC) for infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Own networking and security posture, including authentication, authorization, and secure
• Architect observability across the stack: metrics, logs, traces for end-to-end tracing.
• Participate in on-call rotation and drive incident diagnosis, resolution, and post-mortems.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar on design, code review, testing, and operational rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering with production-scale ownership.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise, including Operators/CRDs and Helm-based deployments.
• Experience designing APIs (REST or gRPC) with versioning and backward compatibility.
• Strong systems fundamentals: networking, distributed systems, reliability, security.
• Proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript; ability to pick up new languages quickly.
• Experience designing/building observability and distributed tracing for multi-layer systems.

🎁 Benefits

• The estimated total compensation ranges from $200,000 - $300,000 plus equity and benefits.
