Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Design on UX improvements
Measure and iterate with experiments to grow active Insiders
Reinforce Insider value across cart, checkout, discovery, and post order surfaces
Mentor engineers and contribute to design reviews and performance

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in backend systems; marketplace experience a plus
Kotlin/Java or similar OO languages; distributed systems
Experience with ML-driven decisions, experimentation, or real-time data pipelines
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Curiosity and drive to apply data/algorithms to business problems
Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
