6+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience leading multi-contributor technical projects
Strong communication, empathy, and stakeholder management
Excellent systems thinking and scalable architecture skills
Experience building internal tools or automation for operations-heavy teams
Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous environments
