🎯 Requirements

• Expert Java engineering: Java internals, GC tuning, concurrency, NIO, Spring.
• Software architecture: monolith and microservices; REST/gRPC; CQRS; Event Sourcing.
• Cloud-native: HA/HL on GCP/AWS/Azure; IAM, VPC, encryption; Terraform.
• Observability and deployment: logging, tracing, metrics; SLI/SLO; rolling updates.
• AI tools: Claude Code, Codex; prompt engineering; multi-agent orchestration.
• Technical leadership: design docs, ADRs, mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
