Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning (Ads)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for ads targeting and ranking.
• Develop ML solutions like identity graphs to improve ad targeting.
• Build and optimize ad ranking models for campaign goals (installs, clicks).
• Improve ads targeting and ranking using on-platform and off-platform signals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on the Ads ML roadmap.
• Scale ML infrastructure to support concurrent campaigns with low latency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
• 3+ years in Ads ML (ranking, personalization, privacy, targeting, or measurement).
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with applied deep learning (transformers, embedding models).
• Proven track record designing and scaling ML-driven ad systems.
• Experience with real-time ML inference, A/B testing, and optimization frameworks.
