Implement AI services to ensure text quality across Roblox.
Develop AI infrastructure and APIs to support text filtering for Roblox clients.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and AI safety solutions.
Develop text safety metrics and evaluation tooling for ongoing improvement.
Stay current with emerging AI tech to enhance platform safety.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building, deploying large-scale ML systems in production.
Graduate degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication and collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
Data and systems oriented with scalable, reliable production infrastructure.
