Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Enablement & Technology

📋 Description

• Lead complete engineering projects independently across backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Architect scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions capable of supporting high-throughput
• Identify and address underlying technical problems by developing appropriate abstractions
• Partner directly with Marketing and Product stakeholders to shape requirements, influence product
• Develop and scale systems supporting marketing campaign execution, conversion tracking, audience
• Drive technical improvements across observability, reliability, performance, automation, and system

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with expert-level Python skills for
• Proven experience leading complete technical projects from architecture and implementation through
• Deep expertise with data integration technologies, including Snowflake, SQL, ETL processes
• Strong experience designing systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and robustness
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to investigate complex problems, influence product
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers, build alignment across teams
