Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform Tooling

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain high-quality backend systems for TaaS and CRMS with independence
• Contribute to the Unified Marketing Backend (UMB) as a shared foundation for marketing infra
• Own platform capabilities end-to-end: real-time targeting, campaign health, API/eventing
• Collaborate across backend, full-stack, Product, Design, and external vendors
• Balance ongoing stability with growing roadmap and on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software development experience
• Ruby or Python proficiency; Go is a plus
• Rails or Pandas in production
• Experience with scalable distributed systems and relational/noSQL databases (Postgres, DynamoDB
• Unit testing and independent problem solving
• Strong cross-functional communication
