Senior Software Engineer – Marketing (USA Only & 100% Remote)

📋 Description

• Build and continuously improve a world-class marketing website
• Make the site fast and findable (performance, technical SEO)
• Manage the infrastructure behind the site (Sanity, components, integrations, deployment)
• Own the technical integrity of site measurement and partner on experiments
• Build tools that let Marketing self-serve and help the site self-improve
• Act as an engineering resource to marketing beyond the website

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building conversion-focused marketing websites
• Experience with modern stack like Astro and headless CMS (Sanity)
• Proficiency in motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media
• Strong understanding of page speed and SEO for search engines and AI agents
• Experience with analytics, conversion events, and experimentation tools (Segment, Amplitude
• Ability to empower non-technical team members with self-serve systems
