Senior Software Engineer - Messaging & Agentic APIs

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services supporting CreatorIQ’s email and messaging
• Understand and improve messaging functionality while migrating PHP monolith into Node.js/TypeScript
• Define service boundaries, APIs, data ownership, and safe migration strategies.
• Design agent-ready APIs for AI agents and external integrations.
• Build secure integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other providers.
• Develop capabilities for customer-managed inboxes, domains, and campaign messaging automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript; frontend: React, TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of PHP; able to modernize legacy code.
• REST/GraphQL APIs, third-party integrations, asynchronous workflows.
• Relational DBs, data modeling, transactions, optimization.
• OAuth 2.0, external identity providers, rate limiting, retries.
