Senior Software Engineer, ML/AI Platform

📋 Description

• Build and run production-grade services for training, evaluating, deploying, and serving ML models.
• Improve ML data access, training infra, model lifecycle tooling, and inference.
• Develop scalable APIs and self-service tools for ML engineers and data scientists.
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of ML platform components.
• Own projects from design to rollout and production support.
• Contribute to technical designs and break large initiatives into milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production software or distributed systems in ML platforms/MLOps.
• Strong software engineering in Python or Java, building production services or dev-facing platforms.
• Experience in ML lifecycle areas: training infra, orchestration, feature platforms, deployment, or inference.
• Experience with distributed data/compute tech like Spark, Ray, Kafka, or similar.
• Cloud experience with Kubernetes and AWS and infrastructure-as-code.
• Ability to diagnose performance, scalability, and reliability across app, data, and infrastructure.
