Senior Software Engineer, ML Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Build the foundation powering model development from experimentation to production.
• Scale automated infrastructure-as-code pipelines across thousands of GPU/CPU nodes.
• Design and optimize workload orchestration for large-scale distributed training.
• Develop robust data pipelines for petabyte-scale sensor and telemetry data.
• Implement feature caching and storage to enable low-latency access to pre-computed features.
• Contribute to a unified ML platform that abstracts cloud infrastructure for end-users.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in ML Infrastructure, Backend Platform Engineering, or Distributed Systems.
• Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane (IaC).
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, KubeRay, Ray, Slurm, or Volcano for large-scale workloads.
• Proficiency in distributed data processing frameworks (Apache Spark or Apache Beam).
• Experience with feature stores/caching (Feast, Hopsworks, Redis-based solutions).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and HPC bottlenecks.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $193,930 - $291,150, plus annual bonus, equity, and benefits.
