Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Compliance

📋 Description

• Take full regional mobile KYC/compliance ownership end-to-end.
• Build onboarding features: document verification, facial recognition, liveness.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, compliance, and product to translate rules into tech.
• Integrate KYC SDKs and services; balance performance, security, UX.
• Ensure mobile data flows and permissions comply with GDPR, PDPA, and CCPA.
• Influence mobile architecture decisions for modular, region-specific features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years native Android development; secure/compliance exposure.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end regional/regulatory tech solutions.
• Strong experience integrating camera, biometric, OCR, or facial recognition SDKs.
• Experience collaborating cross-functional and international stakeholders; influence decisions.
• Deep understanding of mobile platform capabilities, performance tuning, and secure data handling.
• Actively uses AI tools in engineering workflow to accelerate development.
