Senior Software Engineer, Nexus SDK

📋 Description

• Take end-to-end ownership of Nexus features with OSS teams.
• Design and build Nexus interfaces for Temporal SDKs in multiple languages.
• Tightly integrate SDKs with languages to run durable, deterministic code.
• Develop features for reliable execution of agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with the community to debug issues and gather feedback.
• Write publicly-readable technical docs for Temporal concepts and APIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in production as an arranger/builder/enhancer of distributed systems.
• Strong CS fundamentals in distributed systems, incl. multi-threading.
• Production-grade concurrent code in Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or .NET.
• Experience designing APIs, SDKs, or Open Source.
