Senior Software Engineer - Observe by Snowflake, Workflow

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable, high-quality backend features powering dashboards and data visualization
• Analyze, improve, and maintain performance, scalability, and availability of large-scale
• Lead technical scoping and design reviews; identify architectural bottlenecks and drive scalable
• Partner with Frontend, Logs, and APM teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end platform experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate customer needs into roadmaps and plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in CS/Engineering/IT/Mathematics/Physics or related field, or
• Proficiency in Go, or other high-performance systems language.
• Experience designing and building user-facing features for distributed, production-scale
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, distributed systems.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements into reliable software.
