Design, build, and scale high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines handling
Develop performance-critical distributed systems in Go and/or C++ across AWS and Azure
Contribute to OpenTelemetry and Observe's open-source strategy
Architect solutions for enterprise-grade availability and low latency under extreme data volumes
Collaborate with SRE, product, and platform teams to improve data reliability
Debug complex distributed systems issues and mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in software engineering with distributed systems background
Proficiency in Go and/or C++, production-grade systems
Experience designing/operating large-scale data ingestion or streaming pipelines
User empathy and end-to-end data onboarding experience
Hands-on service delivery across AWS and/or Azure
Strong fundamentals in concurrency, memory management, networking, I/O
