Implement data modeling, monitoring, and incident response practices.
Automate observability and proactive capacity planning for reliability.
Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions; mentor junior engineers.
Partner with product teams to plan and build scalable infrastructure meeting launch goals.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in CS or equivalent experience.
5+ years in large-scale, distributed data systems.
Expertise with MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis.
Cloud-native architectures; Google Cloud experience.
Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code experience.
Ruby on Rails; Ruby/Go/Python/Java proficiency.
