Design, implement, and ship features for the Temporal server.
Solve distributed systems challenges across scheduling, persistence, and more.
Improve reliability via testing, observability, dashboards, alerts, and docs.
Partner with engineers, PMs, cloud teams, and customer teams to scale solutions.
Participate in design reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.
Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with teammates.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building/operating production distributed systems.
Strong fundamentals in concurrency, fault tolerance, and performance.
CS fundamentals in distributed concepts, multi-threading and concurrency.
Experience writing concurrent Go/Java code at high- to expert levels.
Experience building high-scale backends (queues, schedulers, engines).
Debugging, troubleshooting, and observability focus.
