Senior Software Engineer, Payments

📋 Description

• Own the payments platform, processing billions and supporting integrations.
• Consolidate legacy integrations into a clean, reliable system.
• Build and maintain banking, debit cards, Stripe, SAP, payroll integrations.
• Own the orchestration and tracking/reconciliation layer across our third-party fintech partners.
• Design for correctness first, because money movement demands it.
• Partner daily with product to build, ship, measure, and iterate.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior engineer with a strong payments background and fintech experience.
• Exceptionally high attention to detail; finance background a plus.
• Excited to be close to the build and to customers.
• Likes working on a small team and moving fast; bias toward action.
• Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards.
• Uses AI tools and figures things out independently.
