• Hands-on coding and architectural leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years Go commercial experience.
• 8-15 yrs backend experience; 3+ yrs arch high-load systems.
• Distributed systems with Java, Rust, or Python.
• PostgreSQL and analytical DBs (ClickHouse preferred).
• Cloud-native: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD.
• Hands-on coding plus architectural leadership, debugging, benchmarking.
