Technical Leadership: Lead initiatives, reduce debt, ensure reliability and scalability.
Collaborate: Define roadmap with product and engineering and mentor junior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

At least 2-3 years of commercial Go experience.
8-15 years backend experience; 3+ years architecting high-load systems or data pipelines.
Backend: distributed systems in Java, Rust, or Python.
Data systems: Postgres and ClickHouse experience.
Cloud-native: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD.
Strong coding with architectural leadership; debugging and performance optimization.
