🎯 Requirements

2-3+ years of Go as main language.
8-15 years backend experience; 3+ years architecting high-load systems.
Backend Stack: Java, Rust, or Python.
Data Systems: PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
Cloud-Native: microservices, containers, Kubernetes, Docker, GitOps, CI/CD.
Strong debugging, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
