🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of Go as main language

• 8-15 years backend; 3+ years architecting high-load systems

• Backend stack: Java, Rust, or Python

• Data systems: Postgres, ClickHouse
\n
• Cloud-native: Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD
