🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong Python; working proficiency in C++.
Data engineering experience: pipelines, ingestion, transformation, SQL, analytics.
Deep Linux systems knowledge: kernel tuning, boot, networking, storage, bare-metal infra.
Technical leadership: ability to set vision, roadmap, and align stakeholders.
AI-native mindset; comfortable using AI tooling across the development lifecycle.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range between $183,000 and $275,000 with annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
