• Take full ownership of a core business domain and drive it toward stability and reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience at high-growth or scaled companies
• Strong fundamentals across multiple languages/frameworks, PHP/CodeIgniter & Rails
• Proven ownership and end-to-end delivery
• Independent, self-directed; able to decide with imperfect information
• Availability to work in US or Canada time zones (fully remote)
