🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software engineering.
• Advanced PHP with Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience migrating large-scale prod systems with limited tests/docs.
• Strong migrations and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Ability to work independently with incomplete information.
• Architecture, testing, monitoring, and scalable design; MySQL/Aurora and AWS familiarity a plus.
