Senior Software Engineer, Pilot Experience Solutions

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Pilot Experience Solutions across React Native and iOS.
• Own offline-first architecture and data synchronization for logbooks.
• Partner with product and design to translate training milestones into features.
• Make high-judgment architectural decisions and ship independently using AI tools.
• Mentor engineers to raise code quality and AI-assisted development practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and pilots to turn feedback into product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering, shipping production SaaS/mobile apps.
• Hands-on React Native and/or native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience designing offline-first mobile architectures and data synchronization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and MongoDB.
• High-ownership, end-to-end ownership; comfortable using AI tools in development.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical peers.
