📋 Description

• Design and implement classical or ML motion planners.
• Build planners for degraded perception and faults.
• Define safe, deterministic vehicle motions.
• Use large-scale simulation and real-world data evaluation.
• Develop metrics, tools, and dashboards for scale.
• Collaborate with behavior prediction, perception, safety, and remote teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in motion planning for autonomous vehicles or robotics.
• Strong foundation in robotic motion planning algorithms and trajectory generation.
• Experience building deterministic, safety-critical planning systems.
• Data-driven mindset for large-scale evaluation, debugging, and tuning.
• Proficiency in C++ and real-time systems.
• Experience designing minimal-risk maneuvers (MRM).
