📋 Description

• Design and deliver complex features in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and REST, with
• Lead efforts to reduce technical debt and improve system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and relational databases; scalable data models and APIs.
• Familiarity with Redis, PostgreSQL, and Sidekiq in production.
• Experience across full stack: front-end, back-end, and data layers.
• Experience leveraging AI to build or optimize product features.
• Ability to handle complex tasks with ambiguity and communicate trade-offs effectively.
