Senior Software Engineer (Platform — Backend / AI/ML / Integrations)

📋 Description

• Build Go backend services on the event bus.
• Develop AI/ML services and pipelines; connectors to CCaaS/CRM.
• Ship high-throughput, low-latency components in the AI CX stack.
• 1-week sprints with demos; fail fast and move forward.
• Own AI/ML pipelines (RAG, streaming inference) or connectors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years backend experience; GoLang production-grade.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines, RAG, streaming inference.
• Event-driven systems; NATS/Kafka/Redpanda familiarity.
• CCaaS/CTI integrations (Genesys, Amazon Connect, NICE, Five9) a plus.
• Distributed systems; WebSocket backends.
• Strong debugging, problem solving, and fast delivery.
