Senior Software Engineer, Platform Engineering

📋 Description

• Build/evolve internal developer platform (CI/CD, observability, tooling)
• Improve developer productivity with templates, CLIs, and automation
• Design reusable CI pipelines and deployment workflows across teams
• Strengthen observability and production readiness with metrics and dashboards
• Build core platform capabilities to run and scale services
• Own systems end-to-end and improve reliability in production

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production software in platform/devtools/infrastructure
• Strong coding in Python or TypeScript/JS; tooling experience (CLIs, libraries)
• Hands-on with CI/CD systems and scalable pipelines
• Practical observability in production (instrumentation, alerting, dashboards)
• Comfort with containers and cloud infra (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Track record improving developer experience (faster builds, fewer flakes, safer deploys)
