Senior Software Engineer – Platform Operations

📋 Description

• Serve as the engineering interface between customer teams, Analytics, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with Platform Support and Client Success to resolve platform issues.
• Analyze application, API, and data pipeline issues to identify root causes.
• Develop and standardize operational tools and interfaces for analytics and operations.
• Monitor data pipeline executions and implement corrective actions.
• Implement operational best practices to improve platform reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering.
• 4+ years software/platform engineering.
• Strong Java proficiency.
• Hands-on debugging of Java in production.
• SQL: writing and optimizing queries for large datasets.
• Distributed data pipelines and high-volume processing.
• Cloud platforms: GCP and AWS; Spark, Airflow, Beam, Druid, Kafka.
• BigQuery/ClickHouse experience.
