Senior Software Engineer, Platform Security

📋 Description

• Design secure, multi-tenant infra isolating customer data for AI model serving.
• Build golden paths: templates, libraries, Terraform policies, automation.
• Own IaC (Terraform) and GitOps with reusable modules and policy-as-code.
• Expand and operate alerting, secrets, IAM, and remediation; integrate with CI/CD.
• Partner to translate SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR into automated controls.
• Participate in on-call; improve operability, runbooks, and incident learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building/operating production infrastructure with security focus.
• Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS (compute, networking, IAM, security).
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) and developer tooling.
• Strong coding in Python, Go, or TypeScript; build adoptable tooling.
• Experience applying AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Claude Code) to boost engineers.
• Experience with secure container deployment, service mesh, and Kubernetes security.
• Observability and incident-response tooling (instrumentation, alerting, dashboards) to reduce toil.
• Clear written communication; turn ambiguity into simple, reliable designs.
