📋 Description

• Build self-serve functionality for agent configuration, training, and deployment
• Design configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity for diverse enterprise use cases
• Build AI-powered tooling for CX and ops teams to manage complex agent workflows without code
• Build monitoring, tracing, and analytics to surface actionable agent performance signals
• Handle agentic systems at scale for Fortune 100 companies
• Run evaluations on text and voice models and integrate winning models into production

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building software products with strong product thinking
• Proficient in Python, comfortable across the entire stack
• Experience translating complex technical capabilities into simple interfaces
• Complex systems instincts including asynchronous programming and scale-related failure modes
• Comfort debugging system failures in deep technology stacks
• Ability to turn customer asks into clear product and technical specs
