🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend or fullstack software engineering (platform or developer-facing).
• Experience building shared APIs/services used by multiple teams.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS, pub/sub).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to articulate trade-offs.
• Track record of shipping maintainable, high-quality code.
• Willingness to apply AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
