Senior Software Engineer, Production Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate Harvey's production infra (compute, networking, Kubernetes)
• Drive technical direction across compute infra, networking, Kubernetes, and workflows
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, security
• Partner with Product Eng, Security, AI Infra, and Platform teams for resilient infra
• Establish reusable patterns and tooling to ship production services safely
• Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards with clear documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software, infra, SRE, or production engineering
• Deep experience with large-scale cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Production Kubernetes: cluster lifecycle, networking, reliability
• Build and operate distributed systems with high reliability
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform or Pulumi
• Observability: monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response
• Security: IAM, network security, secrets management, compliance
