Senior Software Engineer (Python / AI Insurance SaaS)

📋 Description

• Build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application for insurance AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain the backend REST server feeding machine learning data and BI.
• Own the full lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise apps.
• Work on greenfield projects with high ownership and collaborate with product, data science, UX, and
• Help shape technology choices and the product roadmap; drive best practices and cross-team
• Grow and learn with a focus on large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, expert in Python development.
• Strong systems design and relational DB experience.
• Proven experience using AI/agentic tools to streamline development.
• Experience designing backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user scenarios.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-grade stability.
• Ability to write technical design docs, perform code reviews, and maintain modern engineering
