Senior Software Engineer - Python and Data Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Own ClickHouse's Python connector and SDK ecosystem.
• Build integrations with Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, and dbt.
• Design AI/LLM connectors for RAG, features, vector stores.
• Drive performance, reliability, and API design across Python integrations.
• Collaborate with open-source community and product teams.
• Shape roadmap based on Data Engineer and Data Scientist workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software dev; Data Engineer/Scientist/ML Engineer background.
• Design/maintain Python connectors/SDKs for orchestration/BI/ML Ops.
• Production AI/ML workloads: embeddings, vector search, feature pipelines.
• Python data stack: Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic.
• SQL, data modeling, OLAP, query optimization.
• Concurrent Python: threading, multiprocessing, async.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; OSS collaboration.
