Senior Software Engineer (Python), Mortgage

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend platform used by top mortgage lenders
• Own features from design through production release with high ownership
• Collaborate with product, design, and customers to ship impactful features
• Design and architect new features with cross-functional teams
• Operate with a data-driven, experiments mindset to validate needs and ship MVPs
• Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and security

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript (or similar)
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ownership from feature design through production release
