Senior Software Engineer (Python) - Supply & Demand

📋 Description

• Lead direction of S&D data model across commodities.
• Evolve ETL framework into reusable foundation for commodity verticals.
• Own publication reliability: anomaly guardrails and data quality.
• Raise non-functional bar for Python, TS APIs and Airflow.
• Shape external APIs: supply-demand-oil-api and grains-api with versioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer delivering production systems.
• Experience delivering technically ambiguous, business-critical projects end-to-end.
• Deep Python backend experience: ETL, relational data modelling, SQL/Postgres.
• Own production systems: on-call, observability, incident response.
• Lead technical direction and serve as design authority.
• Airflow and TS APIs (NestJS) or polyglot Python+TS.
