📋 Description

• Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of secure, scalable, and highly available
• Break down complex engineering initiatives into well-defined tasks for multiple AI agents and
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve the agentic development environment, including project
• Establish quality standards for AI-generated code through automated testing, code reviews, security
• Lead integrations with third-party AI platforms, large language model (LLM) APIs, and AI-powered
• Partner with product management, software architects, and engineering teams to design and deliver

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on production experience
• Expert-level proficiency in delivering production software using AI coding agents such as Claude
• Advanced prompting and context-engineering skills, with the ability to build reliable development
• Experience configuring and customizing agent development tools, including MCP servers, custom
• Strong code-reading, debugging, and architecture-review skills across the full stack, including
• Demonstrated experience with APIs, web service standards, relational and non-relational databases
