• 10+ years building and shipping complex production systems.
• Direct experience in performance, scalability, or observability.
• Mentors engineers and explains complex ideas clearly.
• Deep expertise in metrics, logs, and traces; instrumentation of distributed systems.
• Empathy, trust, and influence across teams without direct authority.
• Initiative; comfortable with ambiguity; drives projects in evolving environments.
