📋 Description

• Senior ownership of core backend services for Retain
• design, build and operate critical backend services
• Write TypeScript, shape PostgreSQL schemas, deliver to production
• Drive AWS architecture for scalable, reliable, cost-effective infra
• Collaborate with product, data and commercial teams to define scope and metrics
• Mentor teammates; lead code reviews and pair programming

• TypeScript production services; typed, maintainable code; PostgreSQL schemas
• AWS distributed services design; scalability, observability, reliability, cost
• Testing discipline; full lifecycle; serverless experience
• Collaborate with product/business to translate needs into scope
• Define and track success metrics; customer-focused problem solving
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools in daily workflow
