• Design and build end-to-end automation toward a no-human-in-the-loop workflow.

• Increase automation and win rates via experimentation; define metrics.
• Ensure reliability via architecture, automated testing, observability, uptime.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Ops/Support to turn feedback into improvements.
