Senior Software Engineer, Roku TV

📋 Description

• Work on Roku OS feature development and SoC integration for Roku TV program
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end product development and
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate coding, debugging, and iteration in embedded contexts
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance; push for high-quality outputs
• Partner with external hardware vendors and internal teams to onboard new factories and enable
• Contribute to AI productivity improvements, tooling, and prompts across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven AI-assisted coding experience
• Regular, hands-on use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode) in real
• Advanced prompt engineering and AI code review skills
• Ability to write effective prompts, iterate on AI output, and critically evaluate AI-generated code
• Experience with agentic coding toolchains and driving complex engineering tasks with AI assistance
• 8+ years of relevant software development experience
