Build/extend/troubleshoot complex Go and Ruby apps, incl. Ruby monolith and microservices.
Open to strong Ruby-only or Go-only candidates willing to learn Ruby.
Improve execution engine for custom Ruby DSL code, isolation, perf, and new features.
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code in Ruby and Go.
Integrate data stores: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Kafka, ClickHouse, S3.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in building scalable distributed backend applications (5+ years).
Strong understanding of large web app building blocks: databases, load balancers, caches.
Good understanding of network protocols and stacks.
Knowledge of DB technologies: classic RDBMS and modern NoSQL.
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Multilingual: Ruby, Go, and Rust.
