📋 Description

Develop backend services with Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver features
Practice test-driven development (TDD) for quality
Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
Contribute to distributed systems and CI/CD
Build scalable systems for the deskless workforce

🎯 Requirements

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (preferred) or Go/Node.js/Python
Strong programming fundamentals and design patterns
Experience building scalable systems and CI/CD
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Caching knowledge (Redis or Memcached)
Familiarity with AWS and cloud platforms
