📋 Description

• Help define product roadmap and technical solutions
• Review project specs with Product Manager
• Prepare integration plans, break-downs, estimations
• Hands-on code implementation, PRs, reviews, testing
• Collaborate with product, web devs, SRE, and data scientists
• Run experiments and bring new ideas to the table

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as backend or full-stack software engineer
• Experience in tech scale-ups or fast-paced environments
• Built large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• Strong English communication and collaboration
• Ownership, commitment, and a doer mindset
• Comfortable with uncensored models and content (NSFW)
