Senior Software Engineer (Ruby/RoR, Chatbots & AI)

📋 Description

• Build Ruby on Rails services within the Workato platform
• Work on Workbot: chatbots for Slack & MS Teams
• Research Slack and MS Teams ecosystems, track changes
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Evaluate improvements and explore architectural options

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in CS, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years Rails app development, shipping, maintenance
• Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of OOP and design
• Experience with Go is nice to have
• Experience with JS frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc) is nice
• Knowledge of MS Teams or Slack APIs is a plus
