Write well-designed, testable, efficient code.

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
7+ years shipping and maintaining Rails apps.
Strong knowledge of Ruby.
Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and social skills.
Solid knowledge of OOP and design.
Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis-based/Memcached caching.
Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
